Situated on Bay Beach in a chic open-air venue, Rüya is an innovative dining concept offering a contemporary take on traditional Anatolian cuisine. Developed by Turkish restaurateur Umut Özkanca, signature dishes include cag kebab, skewered marinated lamb, a selection of meze appetizer dishes, lavish lamb and eggplant stews, cinnamon-flavored rice puddings and baklava. A highlight is the pide, a local take on pizza that surprises the taste buds and which is topped with fresh tomato sauce, sweet bell peppers, minced cooked lamb and a flavorful mix of Mediterranean spices.
